Server Training in Alcohol Laws and Regulations (STAR) is a course developed by the The Kentucky Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. This course covers the following:
Educating participants about Kentucky alcohol laws and regulations
Educating participants with respect to appropriate age-identification documents
Avoiding alcohol sales to minors
Avoiding sales to persons who are already intoxicated
Promoting responsible consumption
Educating students about Kentucky liquor laws
